  • In a 1-2 hour interview, you will be asked a general and personalized series of questions to draw out data that will become your criteria.

  • We will deeply examine the hypothetical of choosing one path over another.
  • Both parties keep a list of your values to compare benefits/pitfalls of various roles.
  • This document, also called a parent document, will include names and contact information for Subject Matter Experts with whom you can continue your path toward a definitive target for your transition.
  • Continued consultation is provided at an hourly rate as needed until you have discovered a position worthy of your dedication.

Strategy (Deep Impact): Starts at $200 for clients transitioning within the Delaware Valley*

  • We start with your list of transition resources in various categories and Charésumé supplements them with niche resources specific to your role/industry.
  • Based on your allotted weekly search time, Charésumé lays out your planned activity to maximize the efficiency of your search.
  • You track your progress in a spreadsheet provided by us.
  • We will review the plan weekly and tweak as necessary to ensure that your time is invested wisely.

Résumé: $150-400 (6% PA Sales tax applied to 60% of fee)

  • We will begin with a 60-minute interview to draw out all of the relevant and impressive information that will get you interviews.
  • Charésumé will compile the relevant data in a comprehensive, succinct way to communicate the value you will have to your future employer.
  • Our words will paint a picture for potential employers of how their company will be better for having hired you.

Research/Debriefing: Starts at $800 for clients transitioning within the Delaware Valley*

  • Charésumé sources names of potential employers, co-workers, events, or general industry professionals and provides them to you with background and company information in report form.
  • A question agenda is provided to ensure that you are extracting the information that is going to help you make a decision in your best interest.
  • We spend 15-20 minutes debriefing after each conversation/interview so that Charésumé can track the pulse of your transition and be effective and efficient with our time investment on your behalf.
  • This service will cut down the amount of hours needed in total and maximize the hours that you invest by allowing you to take action rather than do research.

Résumé Submission: $15 for 1st company submission; $5 for each additional

  • We share access to an e-mail account that will allow Charésumé to submit your résumé to employers confidentially while you receive their e-mail response.
  • Automated responses will be cleansed by us daily.

Compensation Negotiation Consultation: $100-$400 (based on professional level)

  • If you are not sure at what point in the interview process you should discuss salary, what an appropriate and acceptable offer is, or how to be aggressive without going too far, let us guide you.
  • As you progress in your career, compensation packages grow more complicated. Charésumé will help you understand your options and how they can improve your quality of life.
  • You don't have to be a master negotiator to get what you deserve. You just have to be prepared.

Market Analysis Report: Starts at $300 for clients transitioning within the Delaware Valley*

  • Markets change and technology is changing which skills are necessary. Find out if your skills are still needed or how they can be applied in today's market.
  • Your viability may be in question if you are relocating to a new area or trying to break into a new industry. It is best to find out sooner than later whether you need to acquire new skills or change your strategy to pursue your career goals.

Interview Coaching: $150

  • This one-time session takes the form of a mock interview that lasts 1-2 hours.
  • You will have materials to review prior to the mock interview to help you prepare.
  • Immediate feedback is provided.
  • Practice makes perfect! Don't use a target employer to practice!

Networking Coaching: $150 (Does not include cost of events)

  • This is provided to those who are just starting to build their network or need help activating their network.
  • Exercises will be facilitated to direct you how to recognize potential leads within your network.
  • Networking opportunities will be identified and you will be assigned to attend several events.
  • You will be taught how to leverage these opportunities to produce further network growth and job leads.
  • If you need a partner for an event, Charésumé would be happy to attend, schedule permitting.

Executive Biography: $300

  • This is a more personal glimpse into your career than your résumé offers and really adds to your personal branding as an executive.
  • This requires an additional session so that more can be gathered about your early career path and accomplishments.
